This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information related to Red Pilled Rich.

Red Pilled Rich is a personal publication by Cayden McLaughlin, CFP®. The views expressed are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Benevolent Planning Inc. DBA WealthAdvisor365.

I am associated with WealthAdvisor365, an investment adviser registered in the State of Florida. Registration does not imply any particular level of skill or training.

Red Pilled Rich is hosted on Substack. Substack independently collects and processes information through its platform. Substack’s own privacy policy, terms, and platform rules also apply.

1. Information I Collect

I may receive information you provide through Substack or direct communications, including your email address, name, profile information, comments, replies, messages, and subscription status.

If you contact me directly, I receive the information you choose to send.

If paid subscriptions are offered, payment processing is handled by Substack or its payment providers. I do not collect or store full payment card details.

2. Information Collected Through Substack

Substack may collect technical and usage information, including email opens, link clicks, device information, browser information, IP address, and general location.

Much of this information is collected and controlled by Substack, not by me or by WealthAdvisor365.

3. How I Use Information

I may use information to deliver the newsletter, manage subscriptions, respond to messages, understand engagement, improve content, maintain records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the publication.

If you contact me about financial planning, investment advisory, tax planning, or related professional services, I may use your information to respond to your inquiry.

If you later become a client of WealthAdvisor365, separate client agreements, disclosures, and privacy notices may apply.

4. Personal Publication; No Firm Control

Red Pilled Rich is not a publication of WealthAdvisor365 and is not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by the firm.

However, because I am associated with the firm, certain communications or records may be subject to compliance review, retention, or regulatory obligations.

5. How Information May Be Shared

I do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with Substack and other service providers that help operate the publication, when required by law or regulation, in response to regulatory examinations or legal process, to protect rights or safety, or with professional advisers assisting with legal, compliance, accounting, or similar matters.

Information may also be shared with WealthAdvisor365 when necessary for compliance, supervision, recordkeeping, regulatory, or legal purposes.

6. Marketing and Advisory Inquiries

Red Pilled Rich is educational. Subscribing does not make you a client of me or WealthAdvisor365 and does not obligate you to use advisory services.

If you contact me about advisory services, I may respond to your inquiry. You may unsubscribe from newsletter communications at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Substack may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the platform and measure engagement, such as email opens and link clicks.

You may adjust browser settings to limit cookies, though some platform features may not work as intended.

8. Data Retention

Information may be retained as long as necessary to operate the publication, respond to inquiries, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and protect rights.

Certain records may need to be retained under laws and regulations applicable to investment advisers.

You may unsubscribe using the link in any email or through your Substack account settings.

You may contact me to request access, correction, or deletion of information I maintain, subject to legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations.

Red Pilled Rich is not directed to children under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

I use reasonable measures to protect information I control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Substack controls much of the technical infrastructure for the publication.
